WEEP-TV provides television programming to a radius of at least three miles. Its transmission tower is located on the highest spot found in Winesburg, Indiana, in the mustard and mint field just out of town.

It is believed that the strong electronic signals associated with television broadcasting have not had significant effect on either the mustard of the mint. (The latter is an essential source of mint for the Floss Factory.)
