Most items on Butlerana are printed on-demand and one-at-a-time by a fulfillment company called Printful. This allows us to delivery unique designs at a reasonable cost. Alas, this also greatly limits our ability to accept returns or issue refunds. However, the Butlerana staff wants you to be happy with your purchases. So, please feel free to contact us (orders@butlerana.com) about any issues you have with an order. We’ll make it right.
Misprinted/damaged/defective Items
Please submit claims for exchanges of misprinted/damaged/defective items within four weeks after the product was received. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. Before returning items to us, please contact us at orders@butlerana.com so that we can make sure your return is properly handled.
Changed-Your-Mind Returns (aka, “Buyer’s Remorse”)
Printful, our fulfilment service, prints items on-demand and consequently is very stingy about accepting returns when a customer changes their mind. This includes T-shirts that might turn out to be the wrong size. They are so stingy that they simply prohibit such returns.
However, we will make it right. If you are unsatisfied with an item that is not misprinted/damaged/defective, contact us at orders@butlerana.com and we’ll figure out a way to fix the situation. Please make sure to contact us within four weeks after the product was received.
